BrightSide Software was founded in June 2007 with a strong believe in a big shift on enterprise software market towards user-driven SaaS products. A new breed of Web-based products will bring the power of large scale enterprise solutions to SMB customers that will enjoy the simplicity to use and no upfront investment to implement. We believe that the key to success for these new type of products will be maximum UI simplicity, SaaS service model, minimum administration and configuration effort, simple workflows models and "plug-and-play" integration to other SaaS solutions and existing IT infrastructure. Nuospace implements this vision addressing the most core need of SMB to have a single shared corporate workspace that facilitates collaboration and makes information a company asset.

	Dimitri Lisitski, CEO M&A transactions in Europe for GlobalLogic. Founder of BonusTec, a product engineering services company based in New Jersey (acquired in 2006). More than 8 years of experinece in marketing services, working for famous global FMCG companies: Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Philip Morris and Kraft Foods.
	Alex Maslov, CTO More than 8 years of R&D and agile consulting experience. Architecture and BPA director at GlobalLogic. Co-founder of SoftAge, an Agile/XP consultancy firm (acquired in 2005). Founder of Java Users Group Ukraine.
	Eugene Kompaniets, Head of Engineering More than 9 years of hardcore software engineering mainly in Java. Co-founder of SoftAge, an Agile/XP consultancy firm (acquired in 2005). Expert in software usability.
