BrightSide Software Inc, (“Company”), a company running Nuospace.com web site (“Nuospace.com”), has created this privacy policy ("Policy") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Nuospace.com gathers important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this Policy and will provide notification of the change at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
Nuospace.com gathers personal information when you register with the Nuospace.com. Customers can update their personal information at any time by logging into Nuospace.com and editing their personal information. Nuospace.com automatically receives and records information on Company server logs from visitor’s browser, including IP address, Nuospace.com cookie information, and the page request. Customer email addresses and any personal information will not be distributed or shared with third parties.

Company reserves the right to send you certain communication relating to Nuospace.com service, such as a registration message, service announcements and administrative information, that are considered to be a part of the Nuospace.com service. Customers cannot opt out from receiving this information. Nuospace.com does not contact its customers with any information or advertising provided by third parties.
Our customers use the Nuospace.com portal service (“Portal”) to host their data and information ("Information"). Nuospace.com will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Information except as provided in our Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law.

Customers may make the decision to provide access to their Portals to third parties. In this case, they take full responsibility for the privacy of their Information stored on the Portal in relations to third parties to who access was granted by them. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user name and password. It is prohibited to provide the user name or password to third parties.

Nuospace.com contains links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and visitors will need to check the privacy policy of these others web sites to understand their policies and to keep their information private and confidential.

Nuospace.com uses cookies containing encrypted information to indentify customers and to process their online transactions and requests. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will not be able to successfully use Nuospace.com.

Nuospace.com may engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally identifiable usage and volume statistical information from its visitors. Such third parties may use cookies to help track visitor behavior.  Such cookies will not be used to associate individual web site visitors to any personally identifiable information.  All data collected by such third parties on behalf of Nuospace.com is used solely by the Company and is not shared with any other third parties.

Nuospace.com uses a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing for commercial customers. This intermediary is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties may provide content on Nuospace.com but they are not permitted to collect any information.
